The Dynamic Experience:
Dynamic Fitness Management does not believe that personal training is defined, as a trainer following a client from machine to machine and counting 3 sets of 12-15 repetitions for them. We know our clients know how to count! Therefore, the focal point of our training sessions is the Dynamic Workout. A Dynamic Workout consists of functional exercises that are designed to not only focus on the main muscle groups of the body, but also strengthen the core muscles, which is a major factor in preventing injuries. Each Dynamic Workout is specific to the individual client. It is tailored, customized and designed by a certified and experienced personal trainer. The Dynamic Workout is not only based around the fitness goal of an individual, but also around the fitness level of an individual.

Every one of DFM’s 300+ trainers possess a diverse background in the fitness industry; from professional and collegiate athletes to graduates of exercise physiology programs at some of our countries top universities. DFM trainers are pioneers in designing safe and cutting edge workouts that have one objective - “results”. DFM trainer’s design their client’s training sessions to incorporate complex exercises that not only burn a high amount of calories, but will also help the client establish proper movement patterns that provide timely results that are specific to each individual client.
