Workout of the Week
Choose one set of Dumbbells
15 squats (dumbbells hang down by your side)
15 squat thruster (squat and pressing the dumbbells upward)
10 wood choppers (squat and bringing the dumbbells up to each shoulder)
1 min V-sit with dumbbell ( while in v-sit hold dumbbells above your head)
20 mountain climbers ( both hands on each dumbbell alternate legs in and out)
10 push up with dumbbell row (both hands on dumbbell)
15 bicep curls with dumbbell press ( same time )
10 burpees with dumbbells ( squat down kick legs out stand back up)
complete 2 sets
